Diary Planner

Job Summary
The Diary planner role is integral to the effective operation and management of the Operation Team. This is a very hands-on role requiring flexibility and commitment.
You will be working per the instructions and guidelines issued by the Operation Manager but will primarily be responsible for managing the diary for the road crew.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Working knowledge of EU, Worldwide and UK moving practices (willing to undertake any training necessary to gain and expand knowledge)

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare damage reports following Company Procedure
• Administer order for crates
• Book overnight accommodation and arrange night-out money for road crews
• Monitor and respond to email in a timely fashion
• Assist with closing down removal files under Company procedure and forwarding them to the relevant department.
• To ensure all paperwork is correctly completed by crews and office staff
• Debrief crews when they return to the yard.
• Daily allocations for road crew via Moveware
• Generate POs and assist subcontractors with their weekly workings.
• Respond to requests for Information and project support as and when required by colleagues within the Operations team and across all departments.
• Work collaboratively with other departments across the company; dealing with queries as required

Move Manager

To provide a first-class moving service to all clients through accurate recording of information and prompt communications throughout the move process
• Ensure completed contracts, payments and account checks are received/completed prior to the move and recorded on Moveware
• Liaise and book third party services where required and ensure Moveware system is updated and customers charged
• Ensure all information, dates and details of shipments are accurately recorded onto the Moveware
• Prepare all necessary export and import documentation accurately
